How Do I Get Access to BankNet?

  1. Check to see if your bank is currently a member of BankNet. Click here to review the list of BankNet member institutions. If your bank is already a member, go to step 3.

    Note: BankNet access is available only to OCC-regulated institutions.The list is updated on a monthly basis. If your bank does not appear on the list, but you believe it is a BankNet member, please call 1-800-641-5925 to confirm membership status.

  2. If your bank is not a BankNet member, an officer of your bank must complete the Bank Membership Request form and fax it to BankNet Technical Support at (571) 442-5254.
  3. Note: The officer will have to appoint three individuals in the form to serve as liaisons relative to BankNet.  Please see the form for the responsibilities of these three individuals. 

    What to expect after submitting the Bank Membership Request form:

    The three individuals that are named in the Bank Membership Request form will each receive two emails once their accounts are created; one with a user name and one with a password.  If they do not receive the emails by the next business day, please call BankNet Technical Support at 1-800-641-5925.

  4. Once your bank is a BankNet member, individuals at your bank may register for access by contacting the BankNet Agent(s) for your bank. The BankNet Agent(s) will be able to register individuals for BankNet access by going to the “Agent” tab inside of BankNet.
  5. Note: If you do not know the BankNet Agents for your bank, please call 1-800-641-5925 to find the BankNet Agent(s) for your bank.

    What to expect after the BankNet Agent submits your individual access request:

    Each individual requesting access will receive two emails once their account is created; one with a user name and one with a password. If the emails are not received by the next business day, please call BankNet Technical Support at 1-800-641-5925.
